Orthospinology, sometimes called the Grostic Procedure, is a technique in chiropractic which specializes in the top bone of the neck, the atlas.  The technique involves detailed x-ray analysis and a very gentle adjustment delivered either by hand or with an instrument.  The adjustment doesn’t require any twisting or popping of the neck, in fact, most patients describe it as underwhelming. Following an adjustment, many patients feel a warm sensation in their neck, or that their neck is more relaxed and less tender.  The healing begins from there!
